All prices are inclusive of VAT.

A £50 deposit is to be paid at time of booking to secure your date and chauffeur services.

Remainder of the balance is required 120 days before period of hire.

All periods of hire to commence within 8 weeks of booking will require to pay full balance at time of booking.

All deposits paid will be non-refundable.

We will require 4 weeks notice to cancel any booking request made.

Any cancellations made within 4 weeks of the start of the hire period will result in all monies paid being non-refundable.

You will be responsible for the use of child/booster seats for children up to 12 years of age. Please note our chauffeurs will not be responsible for the fitting of any child seats.

All passengers are required by law to always wear seat belts.

The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests.

A minimum charge of £150 will be charged to the hirer to cover any valeting costs should any passenger contaminate the vehicle due to drink, food, illness or any other reason.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in our vehicle. Eating is prohibited within our vehicle, with exceptions for medical conditions (e.g. diabetes).

Payment should be made by bank transfer.

We will endeavour to ensure our drivers are always punctual and prompt, please understand we cannot accept responsibility for traffic delays and circumstances beyond our control.

Figaro Wedding Car and its chauffeur reserve the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol and drugs and/or whose behaviour poses a threat either to the chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger.

We reserve the right to change the vehicle and chauffeur at any time if circumstances arise that may require this. The hirer is responsible for providing a back-up car in the event that the Figaro Wedding Car vehicle suffers a technical breakdown or our chauffeur is unavailable.

The chauffeur will be wearing a suit, shirt and tie.

Our Figaro Wedding Car vehicle is fully insured for all passenger's and third-party claims. However, a customer's or their guests' personal property is carried entirely at their own risk and Figaro Wedding Car will not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.

Wedding car hire is for four hours only, unless stated otherwise in the email confirmation of the booking.

All cars are properly maintained with an annual service.

Force Majeure events are usually defined as certain acts, events or circumstances beyond the control of the parties, for example: illness, fire, extreme weather, natural disasters, riot or the outbreak of hostilities. Figaro Wedding Car will not be liable for its failure to perform the obligations, in accordance with the clause of Force Majeure.

Figaro Wedding Car only collect information about you to process your quote or booking request. The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, email address and phone number. We do not store your banking information once your booking has been processed. We will not email you in the future, unless you have given us your prior consent. You can be assured, under no circumstances, will we give you your personal information to any third party.
